I never thought that dressing a mannequin would be difficult until I had to do it myself. I figured that you put the shirt on the mannequin, maybe used a binder clip or a pin in the back to give the shirt some shape and call it good. But when I tried that, the shirt looked frumpy – definitely not something that would help sell the shirt.
So, I turned to the experts and asked for some help. In a matter of minutes, our merchandising experts had turned my frumpy shirt into a fabulous style that would fit in any professional display.
They taught me how to create arms for the mannequin, giving it shape and then how to style the arms to give it some attitude. They showed me how to use layers to create dimension and to increase selling opportunities. It was amazing how much life they were able to give the mannequins with just a few twists, tucks and turns.
